If you require a quote from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our “request a quote” form. If you choose to request or register for our 10% discount scheme we require additional contact information such as a business and trading address. We use this information for billing purposes.

We DO NOT currently employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable a website to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. We may choose to enhance the RapidPlumb website in the future by employing cookies and we will amend this privacy statement accordingly at the time this change occurs.

The information collected by RapidPlumb will be used solely for the purpose of replying to enquiries and, where applicable maintaining our list of registered discount scheme users.
